Deliciously nourishing recipes, brunch spreads and sharing food items with loved ones are some of the joys of existence that I hold shut to my heart.
I have put with each other some of my favourite dishes to serve up midmorning on a Sunday. They make the perfect address to spoil mum with, or a specific someone to you.
Sweet or savoury, make a single or many…you just can’t go mistaken with these.
Happy brunching!

SWEET BRUNCH RECIPES
My Favorite Bircher Muesli
This is a nutritious model of bircher muesli, loaded with protein, fibre and excellent fats. Option to make it vegan also.
2-Move Granola
This granola ticks all the packing containers and is a breeze to whip up. Provide with yoghurt and berries or seasonal fruit.
Vegan Chocolate Banana Muffins
These are so uncomplicated to make, entirely packed with flavour and have a trace of indulgence with the heat, oozing chocolate filling.
French Toast with Maple Strawberries
French toast procured from a café is often sugar-laden and not overly healthy. This version of French toast tastes just as decadent but is sweetened with only a touch of maple syrup and delightful berries!
SAVOURY BRUNCH RECIPES
Corn & Zucchini Fritters
These flexible fritters pack a punch when it comes to veggies and flavour. They pair properly with my go-to new avocado salsa on prime. I hope you appreciate them as considerably as I do!
Quick Environmentally friendly Eggs
This dish can be made making use of whatsoever green veggies you have in the fridge – I really like kale, spinach and Brussels sprouts most! Include some pesto or chilli flakes to finish it off – yum!
Mediterranean Frittata
I really like the flavours in this protein-packed dish. It is great for Sunday brunch and any excess can be simply stored and savored throughout the week.
