This July, the Hoffman Estates Overall health and Human Services Section will host a mobile dental clinic for all kids, from newborns to faculty pupils. Appointments are required. Providers contain cleanings, exams, sealants and fluoride treatment options.
Dental examinations are required for young children moving into kindergarten, second, sixth and ninth grades. These preventative expert services will fulfill faculty needs, and a certificate will be presented on completion of the examination.
Medicaid and private insurance policies are accepted. The cleansing and exam cost for all those with out dental insurance policies is $20. Fluoride procedure is available for $29 sealants on premolars are $35 for each tooth. Hard cash, look at, credit rating, debit and Treatment Credit are all accepted.
The cellular dental clinic is open to all communities, and appointments are held in the Overall health and Human Services Office at Village Hall, 1900 Hassell Highway in Hoffman Estates.
