MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Hundreds of health care specialists from throughout the area are giving new smiles to those people in need to have for no cost this weekend.
For the sixth calendar year, the Mid-South Mission of Mercy is offering free dental treatment Friday and Saturday at Bellevue Baptist Church for anyone in need.
CEO Dr. Mitchel Godat claims they enlisted the help of 15,00 volunteers such as 500 healthcare specialists.
He suggests they are anticipating to provide hundreds of people.
“We just take for granted that we get to smile and we’re healthful. We’re serving to men and women get nutritious, we get them out of ache, and help them smile all over again. So, that’s why we do this,” Dr. Godat said.
