Lazatin eyes upgrade of local health units

Angeles City—Mayor Carmelo Lazatin, Jr. aims to modernize the city’s rural health models in his next term exactly where there will be 24-hour birthing stations, a devoted dental clinic and commonly readily available free of charge medicines.
