If you are a chocolate admirer then this is the recipe for you. This has 2x the chocolate which will make it 2x extra delectable than normal banana bread!! If you have a bunch of ripe bananas that you’re not confident what to do with it then Banana Bread here you come. This recipe takes your vintage banana bread to a complete new degree by combining 3 of our favourite baking ingredients, BANANAS, CHOCOLATE + PEANUT BUTTER!

¼ cup milk of selection

1 tsp apple cider vinegar

3 medium, pretty ripe bananas (riper = sweeter)

⅓ cup maple syrup

¼ cup coconut oil, melted

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 cups all-purpose flour

¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1 tsp baking soda
-
½ tsp salt
-
½ tsp cinnamon

½ cup chocolate chips

Optional: banana slices, peanut butter, additional chocolate chips
Approach:

In a tiny bowl, combine the milk and vinegar collectively and set aside.

In a significant bowl, mash the bananas until smooth. Then blend in all the remaining damp substances, which include the milk/vinegar mixture.

Mix in all the dry substances until eventually just mixed and then fold in the chocolate chips.
