Dental clinic operator arrested for failing to pay $1.7M in taxes, federal official says


HOUSTON – A area dental clinic operator was taken into custody on rates of tax evasion and failure to pay work taxes, U.S. Lawyer Jennifer B. Lowery announced Tuesday.

United States Attorney’s Business office – Southern District of Texas claimed in a news launch that the indictment, returned below seal on March 30, Jonathan Louis Lepow operated Lepow DDS.
