ROCHESTER — A new business center with tooth is in the pipeline for southwest Rochester.
Designs to make a 7,100-sq.-foot, two tale complex on North Frontage Road of Salem Highway Southwest had been filed by 12th Avenue Dental this week. It is slated to be designed just northeast of Edina Realty‘s Rochester workplace developing at 1301 Salem Street SW
The dental clinic, which already has a Rochester spot at 1008 12th St. SE, obtained the land in the wake of it staying accepted for an office constructing challenge named North Hickory. The dental clinic undertaking is larger than the 1-story North Hickory strategy, but it has a similar footprint.
North Hickory was originally proposed by DK Fox Hill LLC, a Rochester advancement firm spearheaded by John Klopp. DK Fox created the Edina Realty setting up and a related Edina West creating at 1309 N. Frontage Highway Salem SW.
Edina West was marketed for $1.8 million in 2019 to two Rochester providers, Salem SW LLC and R & T Rochester Investments LLC. It now houses two tenants, ActivePT & Sporting activities and Respira: Airway, Loud night breathing and TMJ.
If the 12th Road Dental clinic is crafted as proposed, it will stand throughout Salem Street from Aspen Dental and not much from Apple Tree Dental.
